Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

All non-custom products are warrantied for 30 days from receipt for manufacturing defects.  Consumable parts, such as batteries and light bulbs are not covered.  Products cannot be returned if they have been disassembled or modified, except for user-serviceable parts, such as batteries.  The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returned items. You must get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to return an item.  Call or e-mail customer service to get a RAN.  The RAN must be printed or written on the packaging when returning an item.  We will credit your bank card for the amount of the purchase, less any shipping or restocking charges.

Catalog Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a Scramble line Crazy Club, Crazy Wear Apparel, or any of the Crazy Accessories, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.  The returned item must be received in its original condition and in its original packaging.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.

Custom Products

Captain's Choice Clubs and Special Orders cannot be returned.  Please carefully verify all aspects of an order for a custom product before submitting the order.
